Purdom’s Bespoke Furniture was born when founder and director, Lee Purdom, decided to build on his wealth of carpentry experience and pursue his growing passion for bespoke joinery, alongside a team of like-minded professionals. Our dedicated team specialise in creating beautiful pieces of the highest quality furniture that is tailor-made to balance functionality with aesthetic design. From contemporary storage solutions, to elegant timeless pieces, our team bring their professionalism and expertise to actualise our client’s particular requirements and preferences.

Our Work

All our furniture is produced in our fully equipped, independently run workshop by our dedicated and professional team. Set in the rolling hills of the Kent countryside, our bright and spacious workshop enjoys stunning views and beautiful scenery that help to create a relaxed and inspiring environment for our team. Every aspect of our work is carried out with painstaking attention to detail in order to achieve the exceptional results we strive for.



Purdom’s offer a range of finishes from magnificent woods, to contemporary veneers and exquisite stone, to suit the personal preferences and chosen style of our clients. Our team research and source the highest quality and most suitable woods, and store them in the best possible conditions in order to maintain their high quality and ensure they are well acclimatised for someone’s home.

We source our stone from two preferred stone experts and liaise closely with them to ensure the highest quality materials and fitting. Our workshop has a dedicated in-house spray shop that allows us to achieve a flawless finish to our painted furniture. Some pieces suit the more artisanal look of an expertly applied handpainted finish.

Whether sprayed or hand-finished, the Benjamin Moore paints we use help us to achieve an impeccable and hard wearing finish, and offer an extensive choice of colours to suit every taste.
